Here's an email I got:
I was approached on 13 May by EXPERT HOLIDAYS of 3956 Town Centre
Boulevard, Orlando, FL. 32837. Fax 321 207 0433, offering a package holiday. I
accepted, and having checked with Universal Studios (mentioned in Expert
Holidays' website), and checked out the website (www.expertholidays.com), I
gave them my credit card number. They have cashed $1,145 (instead of the
agreed $1,101).
Expert Holidays' address on their website then changed to: 7041 Grand
National Drive, Suite 230, ORLANDO FL.32837. Fax: 407 226 1100. Despite my
sending numerous e-mails and faxes and telephone calls, for confirmation and
clarification, I received no further news from them. Until today, when I
received a DHL package from FLA ENTERPRISES INC, at Expert Holiday's original
address in Town Centre Boulevard, containing details of my package holiday.
